SOCIEUX+ and Employers of Poland further cooperation with agreement

In April 2022, SOCIEUX+ entered into a collaborative agreement with Employers of Poland (Pracodawcy Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej), the oldest and largest employers’ organization in Poland. This agreement lays the foundation for joint activities between the two parties, and for technical experts of Employers of Poland to join SOCIEUX+ activities in EU Partner Countries.

This agreement acknowledges the expertise and international cooperation endeavours of Employers of Poland, and the knowledge and expertise of its staff in the fields of social protection, labour and employment policies. As a collaborative institution partner of SOCIEUX+, Employers of Poland benefits from the existing collaborative network of SOCIEUX+ partners within and outside the EU, as well as:

  • International recognition as a center of excellence;
  • Expanded cooperation opportunities with EU Member States and Partner Countries;
  • Increased opportunities for staff development through exposure to international challenges in their fields.

As SOCIEUX+ collaborative partner, Employers of Poland staff also benefit from priority consideration for peer-to-peer activities organised by the Facility.

Mr. Rafal Baniak, CEO of Employers of Poland, acknowledged on the occasion of this agreement the importance of mutual cooperation, and considering the key role of social partners in the complex process of policy and legal reforms as a source of solid expertise, particularly from the point of view of implementation.
