These general conditions concern the use of the SOCIEUX+ website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) whose address is www.socieux.eu. Any natural or legal person that logs onto the Website is considered as a user of it (hereinafter referred to as “User(s)”).

By accessing the Website, Users acknowledge that they have read and accept all terms of the present General Conditions of Use.

As editor of the Website, SOCIEUX+ FMT, reserves the right to modify the content of these conditions at any time, without prior notice or notification. Therefore, it is the Users’ responsibility to regularly familiarise themselves with present conditions.

The original English version of this document prevails over any translation.

Aim of the SOCIEUX+ Website

The aim of the SOCIEUX+ Website is to provide general information on SOCIEUX+, a technical cooperation facility set up and co-funded by the EU through the European Commission’s Directorate-General for International Partnerships (INTPA) and the governments of France, Spain, and Belgium, and implemented by a partnership (hereinafter referred to as the “Implementation Partners”) composed of Expertise France (leading agency), Belgian International Cooperation on Social Protection (BELINCOSOC), the International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies (FIIAPP), and the Belgian Development Agency (Enabel).

Liability

Users remain personally responsible for the use they make of the Website and throughout the period during which their consultation lasts.

Users accept that SOCIEUX+ and its editor cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision, or scope of the information available on this Website, its proper functioning, or its security.

The editor shall not be held liable for any difficulties accessing and using the Website regardless of their nature or origin and in particular when they are related to the state and features of the hardware used by Users.

The editor shall not be held liable for any damage suffered by Users resulting from their use of the Website or the information and functionalities proposed by them, the hypertext links on it, and the links to other.

In every case, Expertise France ensures that the processing of applications complies with European Data Protection Regulations.

If an amicable settlement between the editors and any complainants is not reached within one month, any disputes that may arise in the use of the SOCIEUX+ Website, or in the interpretation or application of the general conditions of use, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Paris (France).
