International conference "The role of values in the development of the family: national and foreign experience"
On 17th May 2022 SOCIEUX+ participated in the conference organized by the Committee on Family and Women & Scientific Research Institute Family and Women of the Republic of Uzbekistan to celebrate the International Day of Families. SOCIEUX+ Facility represented by Marzena Breza Development and Technical Advisor for Social Protection and Catharine Barme Coordinator for Labour and Employment presented EU best practices in family policies and gender perspective for the labour market.

EU-Mauritius partnership: handover of two strategic documents for the promotion of the rights of people living with disabilities
The Ambassador of the European Union to the Republic of Mauritius handed over to the Minister of Social Integration, Social Security and National Solidarity two strategic documents to promote the rights of people leaving with disabilities. SOCIEUX+ and Employers of Poland further cooperation with agreement
In April 2022, SOCIEUX+ entered into a collaborative agreement with Employers of Poland (Pracodawcy Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej)), the oldest and largest employers’ organization in Poland. This agreement lays the foundation for joint activities between the two parties, and for technical experts of Employers of Poland to join SOCIEUX+ activities in EU Partner Countries

Strengthening managerial capacities for entrepreneurship and employment promotion in Benin
SOCIEUX+ and the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises and Employment Promotion (MPMEPE) of Benin just completed a technical cooperation action. The action strengthened the managerial capacities of ministry and directorate staff to provide effective and efficient services for entrepreneurship and employment promotion, which are key services of the ministry.

A delegation from the Kyrgyz Republic visited Finland from 16 to 20 May to learn about EU good practices in the promotion of employment opportunities for people living with disabilities and, specifically, to learn about the Finland’s experiences and lessons learned in this field.

Human resources management training courses launched in Mauritania
The last series of trainings in Human resources management for the agents of the General Directorate of Employment was launched in Nouakchott, Mauritania. This activity will conclude a cooperation aiming to strengthen the organizational capacities for the staff of the Ministry of Employment (SOCIEUX+ 2020-26).
