EU supports capacity building for labour market matching in Suriname
The Minister of Labour, Employment and Youth, Steven Mac Andrew, was briefed on Friday, October 13, 2022 by the experts mobilized by SOCIEUX+ in charge of the implementation of the fourth and last mission of this European Union (EU) initiative. SOCIEUX+ prospection mission to Uzbekistan
The Delegation of the European Union to Uzbekistan hosted the prospection mission of SOCIEUX+ to Uzbekistan. Several bilateral information sessions dedicated to the SOCIEUX+ Facility were held in Tashkent and Samarkand to introduce the possibility of cooperation on social protection and employment policies in the framework of EU technical assistance. Promoting youth employment in Burkina: ANPE's strategic plan 2023-2027 approved by national partners
The reform of the National Employment Agency (ANPE) aims to place the structure at the heart of the employment promotion strategy. Since the end of 2021, the process of drawing up the ANPE's 2023-2027 strategic development plan has been underway, with technical support from SOCIEUX+ (2020-32). On 10 August 2022, a workshop was organised with all the actors of the employment ecosystem to share the content of this plan with a view to its validation. Promoting employment in Burkina: ANPE Strategic Plan 2023-2027
