In the course of four activities, managed by Greek expert’s teams, the partner accomplished the preparatory work required for the adoption of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) and constructed most of the necessary components (scales and formulas) for a reliable, fair and suitable disability assessment system. Experts showcased the practical implications of the transition towards the ICF-based approach, then presented the processes and tools pertaining to disability assessment, and finally set up a strategy for communicating policy changes to relevant constituencies. An Armenian delegation, led by the vice-Minister of Social Development, visited assessment centers in Cyprus.
