Improving the lives of persons with disabilities in Mauritius
SOCIEUX+ is cooperating with the Ministry of Social integration, Social Security and National Solidarity of Mauritius, with the support of the EU Delegation in Mauritius, on an action to improve services for persons with disabilities and the fulfilment of their rights through an assessment of the disability sector.

Health and safety at work: SOCIEUX+ training experiences in Nigeria and Tanzania
Health and safety at work (OSH) is a strategic aspect of social protection that improves job quality, productivity, and the sustainability of social security systems. We are reviewing two recent SOCIEUX+ actions, in Nigeria and Tanzania, that placed a strong emphasis on the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases, and the promotion of EU good practices.

SOCIEUX+ and Actiris, the Public Employment Service for Brussels, have signed a collaborative agreement to jointly implement international cooperation activities in the fields of social protection, labour and employment policies.

Soft skills: a strategic challenge for youth employment
SOCIEUX+ is joining YouMatch initiative for a regional Conference on Soft skills and youth employability, with the participation of public employment services and partners from Benin, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea-Conakry, Mauritania, Senegal, Togo and Tunisia (SOCIEUX+ 2020-29).
