The platform for European cooperation organisations Practitioners' Network (PN) will convene in Kenya to showcase examples of joint implementation, leverage learnings and strengthen relations with Kenyan partners. AFD, AICS, British Council, CPMA, DANIDA, Enabel, Expertise France, FIIAPP, GIZ, Goethe Institut, MFA NL, RoAid, Sida, SlovakAid, SNV and the European Commission will participate at the sessions, which will include a presentation of SOCIEUX+ and its activities. The National Institute of Health Insurance (INAM) hosted from 26 September to 7 October 2022, a mission of the EU Expertise for Social Protection, Labour and Employment SOCIEUX+. The Minister of Labour, Employment and Youth, Steven Mac Andrew, was briefed on Friday, October 13, 2022 by the experts mobilized by SOCIEUX+ in charge of the implementation of the fourth and last mission of this European Union (EU) initiative. The aim of this cooperation in Suriname, which has benefited from the expertise of Actiris, has been to strengthen the capacities for matching employers seeking labour with jobseekers (SOCIEUX+ 2019-31). The Delegation of the European Union to Uzbekistan hosted the prospection mission of SOCIEUX+ to Uzbekistan. Several bilateral information sessions dedicated to the SOCIEUX+ Facility were held in Tashkent and Samarkand to introduce the possibility of cooperation on social protection and employment policies in the framework of EU technical assistance. The reform of the National Employment Agency (ANPE) aims to place the structure at the heart of the employment promotion strategy. Since the end of 2021, the process of drawing up the ANPE's 2023-2027 strategic development plan has been underway, with technical support from SOCIEUX+ (2020-32).
