A delegation from the Kyrgyz Republic visited Finland from 16 to 20 May to learn about EU good practices in the promotion of employment opportunities for people living with disabilities and, specifically, to learn about the Finland’s experiences and lessons learned in this field.

Human resources management training courses launched in Mauritania
The last series of trainings in Human resources management for the agents of the General Directorate of Employment was launched in Nouakchott, Mauritania. This activity will conclude a cooperation aiming to strengthen the organizational capacities for the staff of the Ministry of Employment (SOCIEUX+ 2020-26). Inauguration of an entrepreneurship training week in Mauritania
The Federation of Services, SOCIEUX+ and the EU Delegation in Mauritania inaugurated, in Nouakchott, a training week for trainers in entrepreneurship, supported by the Deyahi Foundation. SOCIEUX+ technical cooperation information sessions in Uzbekistan
The Delegation of the European Union to Uzbekistan hosted the prospection mission of SOCIEUX+ to Uzbekistan. Several bilateral information sessions dedicated to the SOCIEUX+ Facility were held in Tashkent and Samarkand to introduce the possibility of cooperation on social protection and employment policies in the framework of EU technical assistance. Capacity-building for public institutions who serve people with disabilities in Panamá
The National Secretariat for Disability (SENADIS) of Panama has co-developed training and a mapping exercise with organisations that serve the population living with disabilities and their families. This is part of a SOCIEUX+ cooperation ( 2021-22) to strengthen the relationship between public institutions and the associative movement. Read the news published here.
