National Trade Union Confederation of Moldova meets with experts mobilised by SOCIEUX+ on the issue of youth employment
The President of the National Confederation of Trade Unions of Moldova (CNSM) met with experts mobilised by SOCIEUX+ (from Actiris Brussels and the Latvian Ministry of Welfare) to discuss how social dialogue can help solve the problems young people face when entering the labour market. The National Secretariat for Disability (Senadis), together with SOCIEUX+ and the European Union, carried out various training sessions for public officials who work with people with disabilities and their families, with the participation of technicians from the National Consultative Council on Disability (Conadis) (SOCIEUX+ 2021-22). SOCIEUX+ actions are demand oriented, results driven, and targeted to the needs of partner institutions. Once the activities are completed, either in the field or online, regular short-term assessments are carried out. But, how can we measure the sustainability of an action and its results over time? Presented here are the findings of the first ex-post evaluation of a SOCIEUX+ action conducted in Peru.
The Delegation of the European Union to Uzbekistan hosted the prospection mission of SOCIEUX+ to Uzbekistan. Several bilateral information sessions dedicated to the SOCIEUX+ Facility were held in Tashkent and Samarkand to introduce the possibility of cooperation on social protection and employment policies in the framework of EU technical assistance.
