    The action in collaboration with the National Employment Service aimed in improving service for unemployed persons with disabilities, aligning with Serbia's overarching strategic frameworks. Experts from Spain, Romania and France assessed capacities of NES to implement new concept of work with Persons with disabilities. The missions undertaken in Belgrade aimed at conducting a diagnosis of the NES practices concerning the support to employment of PwD. As well, a handful of job counsellors also benefited from a training of trainers to have a multiplying effect among the other employees.

    National Employment Service of North Macedonia requested SOCIEUX + support to gain more knowledge on how to effectively implement formalised strategic planning process and elaborate a three-year strategic plan of the institution. Strategic plan was a legal requirement in accordance to the Law on Budgets and it should have been submitted to the Ministry of Finance in several months. Senior expertise was mobilized from Swedish, Polish, and French institutions. Partner institution along with the experts developed strategic plan and officially started its implementation.

    The Ministry of Labor and Social Policy requested development of counselling standards and services for children and youth at risk implemented in the institution of 25.maj in Skopje. The peer-to-peer technical assistance represented by Croatian, French and Czech expertise allowed to develop a methodology and standards for new services. These standards create an enabling environment for empowerment to the vulnerable youth, children and families at risk and will serve as a pilot project in the country with the possibility for multiplication.

    Description
    The Social Security Corporation of Jordan provides social insurance to employees of the public and private sector, and retirees. They do not, at the stage of the request, provide health insurance. The SSC is planning to establish a health insurance scheme to cover private sector workers and relatives and to be made compulsory to SSC contributors and their family dependents. This action, supported by Belgian and Portuguese expertise, provided the SSC with a mapping of approaches to referral mechanisms with their pros and cons as well as a roadmap for adopting a referral system.
